I am truly impressed with the staff here. I will only buy my shoes from them. I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes wide enough for me to stand up to 8 hours without my feet hurting. They have helped me find my shoe and was very patient with me trying on different shoes! I drive 45 minutes away to shop here!

I have been running for years and have tried so many different shoes. I’ve liked some and hated others. So this time, I decided to try Big Peach Running Company. It was an amazing experience! Meredith immediately greeted me and took the time to get to know me, my running, and my needs. It was actually fun

I visited the Big Peach Running Co. for the first time, I wanted to confirm what shoe would fit batter and how it would fit. Karen at the Kennesaw store helped me and she was awesome. We did the foot test and the walk one too, to confirm my size and my type of walk. It was actually fun. Karen is knowledgeable, I felt no pressure to buy. We tried 4 different types of shoes she was so patient. We talked about the shoes and how they looked feel. And decided I was going to sleep on it. I came back the next day and got the ones that I wanted! They also offer Military Discount and Healthcare employees discounts. I recommend Big Peach!

ideal for my work situation

I described what I was looking for and he went about looking to find a possible match. I must of tried on 5-6 pairs of shoes. What a great experience. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and was struggling to find the right shoe. I was purchasing the recommendations of my doctor but nothing was helping. I visited Big Peach and explained my situation to Jenna and I could not be happier. She listened to what the issue was and immediately had several recommendations. We tried a few different shoes and support insoles until we found the ones that worked for me. Within a half hour I was in a pair of New Balance shoes and the pain is gone. This was a great experience and will be visiting again for my next pair.

Expensive, but so far, worth it. I’m a newer runner, about 6 months in to this journey but I’m hooked. I was wearing a lower quality shoe and with my distances and frequency increasing, I could justify the expense of a good pair of shoes. The Big Peach associate assisted me in digitally measuring my foot, pressure points, and arch type. He then patiently explained different types of shoes and design to me and I tried on 5 different pair until I found my match. I plan on returning to discuss running shorts in the near future.

It takes me much time usually to get the exact comfortable shoes in many aspects with the color I like. Matthew demonstrated great ability and patience to fulfill all my criteria I need by letting me try as many shoes as I wanted; inquiring all the time what exactly I want and providing them for me from the behind of the store. And then once I got the right shoes, he further did some online inquiries to get the color I wished to have. Finally, he ordered it for me to be delivered at my home.

First I mistakenly ordered the wrong pair. Worried I ordered the right pair and emailed Denise, who was on vacation. Well, within a few hours she emailed me back and was able to correct everything for me! Amazing customer service! I totally didn’t expect a response. She fixed everything and I received my shoes two days later. Wow on the shoes! Ascis novablaster 4’s. These shoes are amazingly comfortable and are great running shoes! Love them and will be getting another pair soon. I’ll be ordering from Big Peach again for sure!

great customer service I received from Summer

I have been to the Kennesaw location on 3 different occasions and on 2 occasions I walked out without purchasing anything because there is a gentleman who works there that will not acknowledge or help you after seeing you come into the store. You will stand long periods of time waiting until another Associate comes to assist you. On my third visit I was met and greeted by Summer, after finishing with another customer. Yes, the same gentleman was there and no he didn’t acknowledge me after seeing me come in. Summer was the reason I decided to tell my friends and family about going to get fitted. (I had my dad go 2 weeks later) She took the time to make sure I was properly fitted, knew the difference between needing a shoe with an arch vs one that has no arch but lots of cushion, and having the right shoe that felt comfortable. After several pairs and a great conversation later I made up my mind then when I go back(and I will) it will be because of the great customer service I received from Summer.

My doctor suggested I get a good, supportive walking shoe to help with my lower back pain. My daughter recommended Big Peach Running CO in Cartersville. Kirk greeted me as I walked in and immediately checked to see if they had shoes that met my specifications in my size. I have drop foot and he was so helpful and patient. no more blisters on my walks

I am training for the Georgia 2 day breast cancer walk. The Big Peach Running Company was recommended to me to get fitted for 2 pairs of shoes. I went in and was helped out and selected a pair of Brooks and a pair of Asics. After 5 weekends of walks, the Asics were giving me blisters. I changed my socks, I rotated which shoes I wore for the Saturday walk vs the Sunday walk. I called Big Peach to ask what to do. They told me to bring the shoes in. I talked with one of the employees who was super helpful and they let me swap out the Asics for a pair of Brooks.
I am so thankful for the help. And no more blisters on my walks.
I would highly recommend getting shoes here.

Before I even get started on the shoes I purchased, let me just say that Silas is a fantastic asset to Big Peach! I walked into the Suwanee location 20 minutes before you closed and was immediately greeted by Silas. He took the time and listened to my needs and issues I’m currently having with one of my feet. He confirmed my size and went to the back and pulled four or five pairs of shoes, all different brands, for me to try on.

He then sat down and began breaking out one pair after the other, lacing them up, asking how they felt, and actually listened. He explained the technology of the shoes, the pros, the cons, and everything in between about each shoe.

Silas was kind, extremely patient, and wonderful to work with. He listened to what I needed and found the exact right shoe for me. He assured me if they didn’t work, I could return them. He wasn’t pushy with any particular brand or additional sales. He said when I’m ready to start walking trails, come see him as he had the perfect shoe for that!. I’ll be doing that sooner than I think!

Now, to the shoe I purchased. I ended up purchasing the Altra Experience Flow in the light blue color. I’d just like to say that these are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve had in years! I’m normally a Brooks wearer and have been for about a decade, but after now having these Altra’s since mid-July, wearing them almost every day, and now having walked/ran a 4-mile Glow Run, I can honestly say these are the best run/walking shoes I own!

They have cushioning where I need it without looking like I’m walking on an air mattress. They have excellent support throughout the length of my foot and a wider toe box than shoes I’ve worn in past. I do love the plat laces; however, I find that I have to double-knot them to keep them tied throughout the day. The overall style and color are perfect!

I will continue to purchase Altra’s and hopefully get into some trail-walking Altra’s soon! Thank you to Big Peach, but thank you even more for to Silas who listened and took the time to find my new shoe!

It really helped my foot problems

The Ghost 15 were too narrow in the toe box, and I went to the Glycerin. Another store had recommended them, at one point. Those turned out to be too much cushion for someone with pronation. I went to see Ben at the store and found out the new Ghost 16 were back to the wider toe box, less cushion. It really helped my foot problems. Now I have purchased more of my perfect shoes. I will get another color in October,as these are great.

My Podiatrist recommended them

I love Hokas! I just bought my second pair; which are the same as the pair I got a year ago, but in different bright colors. I wear them on my 3-4 hour a week walking exercise. My Podiatrist recommended them when I got big blisters on my big toes, and he was wearing a neon colored pair that almost bowled me over! Hokas aren’t cheap, but they’re worth every penny!

I would highly recommend

I bought these shoes for 2 summer hiking trips and they feel great !! I’ve already worn them hiking in Vail and next off to Switzerland to hike in the Alps!! I normally wear a size 7 but upsized to an 8 as recommended by the sales associate and he was right… the size 8 was perfect for all the downhill hikes! I would highly recommend these oncloud trail shoes!!

I wish I had started at Big Peach!

When I went into the Kennesaw Big Peach last year my feet were in pain. I’d been to a chiropractor, Graston specialist, an orthopedist, and finally resorted to getting shots in my feet to reduce the pain so I could keep running and playing tennis. I wish I had started at Big Peach! It was packed with customers, but I was still greeted immediately. The staff is wonderful, but I was lucky and had one of the managers, Fernando, help me. He explained his experience with foot pain and conducted an assessment of my feet and pronation. Based on my needs and results he paired me with some Brooks shoes. It turns out the source of my foot pain was poor fitting shoes (forehead slap). I noticed a difference very quickly and am happy to report that I’ve been pain free since January of 2023! I just purchased my new pair of Brooks Glycerins (I think 21?)! I am a forever fan and customer of Big Peach 🙂

I went to Big Peach looking for oofos because I heard those were good for plantar fasciitis. They didn’t have the shoes, just slides, so they ordered them. Wore my old shoes in – staff was able to examine the tread to know where my foot strike was in the correct place. Bought a new pair of running shoes in a totally different size than I had been wearing – per staff recommendation and my runs have been so much more comfortable since I started wearing them.

These are the most comfortable shoes.  They are foot shaped which is great if you have a narrower heal and a high instep and are wider through the toes.

The store employee was great and very, very patient with me. I must of tried on 7-8 pairs of different shoes. Each shoe didn’t have the feel or the support I was looking for. The employee shared the pros/cons of each shoe, and if I said nope, he went and brought another pair he thought I might like. I ended up getting a Brooks and a Hoka pair. Very happy with the Brooks and haven’t used the Hoka pair yet.

Jack spent a lot of time, first getting our custom measurements, and foot and step analysis, and then helping us try-on multiple shoes based on those measurements. The final one that I wanted wasn’t in store in my size, but they checked another store & had it shipped to my house at no extra charge.

I always get my shoes from Big Peach. I needed a good medium-distance (6-10 miles) daily trainer. The staff turned me onto the Hoka Mach X. They’re a tiny bit heavier than the shoes I usually wear, but they make up for it in the comfort and the stability. I was able to set an 11-mile PB my first run in the shoe – typically my PBs are always in my Vaporfly 3s. The plastic (not carbon) plate gives a nice energy return. Worth every penny, and a steal compared to the prices of some super shoes that last half as long as the Mach X. The Rocket X feels the same, but tighter around the foot and way lighter. I might experiment with the Rocket X for my next race! Thank you to the Big Peach staff for fitting me in the right shoes for my needs.

My son wanted a certain type of track spikes. We could not find them anywhere near us. I found them at Big Peach and ordered them online so he could try them on at the store. The customer service team was extremely helpful and patient with me as he wanted a specific color. They helped me find which stores had that color and also had another type of shoe he wanted to try on. We emailed back and forth to make sure he could get what he needed. And then the sales clerk that helped us in the store was awesome. it was great for my son (new to track) to talk to a fellow track runner to get ideas on what socks might work best with his shoes, the difference between track and XC spikes. It was a great experience. Next will be track spikes for my daughter!!

a wonderful buying experience!

Spent a good deal of time with Molly to find a shoe that I liked. Most modern shoes are spongy “cloud walkers” that I actually abhor. I walked in confident what I didn’t want because I knew they’d be too soft. Molly explained each shoe and what u could expect. We finally got to the Hoka. While still a little softer than I would like, these fit and felt great. The laces on the blue pair were really short, and that put me off the model. We ordered a gray pair from another store and when those arrived, they had longer laces!
I had a little difficulty getting used to the meta-rocker style sole but now I miss it in my other shoes.

What a great experience I had getting fitted with a new pair of everyday walking shoes! I feel the last time I had a fitting for shoes as right on as Colin’s fitting, might have been as a toddler! Jay Stephenson and the team are extremely helpful and thoughtful. I recently purchased Hoka Arahi’s for my father for Father’s Day. He is a former marathoner, and active tennis player, who I’m trying to encourage back into regular running. With a couple of details about him and his size, Jay picked the perfect shoe for him, without even talking to him or having him try them on because he lives in NY. They fit perfectly, he loves them, and won’t take them off. Direct quote from him, “It’s like when you get a new mattress after sleeping on a bad one for so long, so supportive and plush, my joints don’t hurt from any pounding. ” You have a big fan. The staff at the Cummings location are all fantastic. They scanned my feet with the Aetrex Technology machine and then thoroughly explained all the results with me. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They watched my walk to ensure I was choosing the proper fit. They explored all my options after I made a decision. One pair was not in stock there, they contacted the Alpharetta store which also did not have this pair in stock. They then ordered my choice and had it mailed directly to me at no charge. Best customer service I have received in a long, long time. I hope you realize what dedicated employees you have.

Exceptional Customer Service!! I went to a competitor a few years ago and was fitted, bought the first shoes I tried on, and have LOVED them! My sister goes to Big Peach and gave me a gift certificate for Christmas in 2021. I didn’t need shoes yet and forgot about it. I found it recently and logged on to their site to buy shoes, found the same brand that I loved, and tried to buy them but the gift certificate would not work. I reached out to Big Peach and Denise promptly worked with me to fix it (their system had changed in that length of time) and I bought my shoes. Denise even gave me an additional % off for my trouble so I bought my favorite sunglasses, Goodr. I don’t buy shoes often but I will go to Big Peach from now on because of their wonderful customer service!!

Since that new size is 15 extra wide I was worried that they might not have anything for me. They had options in store but said they could special order too. I purchased a pair of ASICS that fit great and have proven to be very comfortable when I’m out for walks. I will come back again.

This is my 5th pair of Altras. Love the fit, plenty of room in the toe box. Only issue is the tongue and the heel pad. Tongue material feels cheap and the heel pad is up to high and is causing blisters on my Achilles. Overall, a great shopping experience at Big Peach, and I will be a return customer.

I’m a healthcare worker on my feet 12 hours a day. Inserts from the podiatrist didn’t help. I normally wear a 6 1/2 shoe. After stepping on the machine I found out my arch size and wearing the wrong size shoe for long-distance walking and standing. I can now make it through my shift and will come back again.

If you run and have an issue like toe pain, overpronation, etc. they are able to fit you with a shoe for your unique foot. I’ve been shopping there for 15 years and they are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The new Brooks Glycerin are awesome. Super cushiony with the nitrogen injection. I felt like they might run a smidge larger than last year’s model but I still stuck with the same size. I had a pair of the Brooks Aurora which was the “test” run of the nitrogen injection so I was stoked to see them use that with the Glycerin as that’s my shoe of choice for running.

I will ALWAYS buy my running shoes at Big Peach!!! Here’s my story – please take a second to read it. I tried a new brand of sneaker I had never owned before thinking I could overcome my knee pain with the right shoe. They felt great with a ton of cushion and support for my flat feet and I was sure I could get back to my younger form, running long distances on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the very first time I tried to run, I felt intense knee pain and had to stop. My doctor said that due to my age, and the condition my knee was in, I should resign myself to walking only. I agreed with her. I started walking briskly on my treadmill every morning and would increase the incline every other “virtual lap” to get a really good workout. Then my second problem arose. I was getting massive blisters on both big toes and no matter what socks I tried, my condition worsened. I was frustrated for sure ! I set my beautiful new sneakers in my closet and would see them everyday gathering dust as a reminder of my failure to get back on track to a healthy lifestyle. I was glad that I tried a new brand, but I regretted wasting so much money on them. Days later, I started shopping on the Big Peach website and figured I would just take the loss and move on. Then I saw the “happiness guarantee”. I was hoping for a small credit on my shoes, I mean, after all, I had worn them and it was my fault that I bought the wrong brand – not the store’s fault. When I called the store and was told to come by to swap them out, I was floored!!! I immediately headed to the Alpharetta location and explained my situation. The sales associate was awesome! She helped me pick out a pair of my old brand of sneaker (which had evolved into a new, upgraded version) and when she told me that it was an even trade, I honestly asked if she was joking. I have always experienced great service and knowledgeable professionals at Big Peach, but to have them put me into a BRAND NEW pair of sneakers without charging me a penny after I messed up was over the top! I will truly be a Big Peach customer for life. I am back on the treadmill walking 5 days a week, working on hitting a fast pace and at least 3.5 miles per walk. Walking into OneLife at Vickery recently, I encountered the folks from Big Peach. So happens I had blown out my running shoes the day before.

I was shown a couple of brands and styles. I am a 75-year-old walker who has had 3 total hip replacements and 3 major back surgeries. The effervescent lady helped me put on and lace up several pairs.

I chose Brooks for stability. I didn’t have my wallet so my fiancée texted me a live of hers. Within 20 minutes I was on a treadmill completely satisfied with the whole process.

The team is always great to work with, but my most recent visit – buying shoes to wear while recovering from a foot procedure – was perfect. After going to Big Peach Running Company, Bryce did an evaluation on my feet. He noticed my feet roll inwards, causing the pain in my knees and back. I was introduced to Big Peach Running Co. by a good friend, who transformed his health by training for triathlons. He took me out running, which I hated in high school but learned to love with this friend’s coaching and feedback. Big Peach ROCKS!!! I have been learning, forgetting, and learning again, Steve’s name now for about 18 years now (since my oldest was a junior in HS and joined the cross-country team). I was excited to get fitted for shoes

I recently visited the Marietta location. It was my first time visiting a Big Peach running store. I made the decision to purchase new shoes because my Nikes weren’t providing enough support and caused my knees pain. I was excited to get fitted for shoes for the first time and find ones that are the right fit. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I have experience running different races and have been passionate about running for some time now, but when I was being helped throughout the process I felt like I was being talked down to and almost attacked for the things I wasn’t doing right. Some examples include: being told multiple times how bad the shoes I was currently running in were bad for running, how poor my running form is by telling me a few times to pick up my knees among other things, even pointing out how the socks I had on at the time were not good for running either. It felt very accusatory. After trying on about 3/4 pairs, the woman that was helping me was getting visibly frustrated that I was struggling to settle on a shoe, she turned to another co-worker and said, referring to me, “She doesn’t like this shoe. And doesn’t like this one. And she said she doesn’t like this one,” she was going on and on and naming the shoes that I didn’t choose and appeared very pessimistic all while sitting right in front of me. I understand her asking for coworkers for their insight and help, but it didn’t have to be in a way that makes customers feel they are trouble for not liking a certain shoe. When I finally settled on a shoe, mostly because I didn’t feel like disappointing the worker or being criticized, while I was checking out, she said that she “wasn’t hopeful” about the shoes. When I asked why, she responded because I didn’t “seem excited.” All of this to say, the worker was helpful to an extent and I know she was just trying to be helpful through it all. I’m sure it was coming from a good place of wanting to find the right shoes for me and wanting me to be a better runner. However, I believe there is a way to approach customers and give advice. It doesn’t have to be in a demeaning way, it can be in a caring way. It’s in the tone of voice and the approach that can make all of the difference. I hesitate to give a name to the worker who helped me but I did want to give feedback because I don’t want other customers to feel the way I did when I came in last week. Instead of saying, “These socks you have on aren’t good for running either,” workers could say, “hey, we have some really great options for socks that help with support if you feel yours aren’t doing the trick” with a caring tone can make all the difference.

The Latest

I thought I’d update you on how the process is going…..
and I call it that because I appreciate how you constantly remind me that you’re NOT trying to ‘sell me a pair of shoes’…. but working with me to find something that provides me a solution to my ‘foot issues’.

I immediately wore the Sauconys on my walk around the neighborhood. And as much as I really wanted to make them feel perfect, I realized quickly that the pressure was still there in the toe box area (whether it’s the actual toe, or the metatarsal or the bunion I really don’t know). I came back to your store a few days later and got the metatarsal pads – and tried them out for the next few days. Unfortunately I was never able to get a comfort level moving them around in the shoe to make sure I had them in the right position.

Here’s where it starts to get better! After that I have to admit I was getting pretty frustrated and discouraged realizing that just because you buy a great pair of shoes doesn’t mean they will feel great on your feet – I Know – that’s what you guys call “The Fit Process” – but I was beginning to think I just wasn’t meant to have that kind of fit…….that I should just buy bigger shoes and be satisfied with the looser fit. But I remembered you advice………”Let’s just start with the shoes and work from there……..” and you’d mentioned both the metatarsal pads as well as the toe spacer/separator. I bought the toe spacer and immediately it just felt “Right”…..moving that big toe over.

In fact it felt so good, after trying on the Sauconys, I tried on several other pair of shoes I’ve stopped wearing, including the Softball Turfs that I’d originally purchased for my softball season. Most of the shoes felt significantly better with very little pressure or discomfort……….which is really good news. But now I have to decide what I want to do with my ‘new’ shoes. Given that the Softball Turfs feel much more comfortable…….I’d really hate to ‘ruin’ a really nice pair of shoes like the Sauconys on a ball field for 10-12 nights each year.

With all that said (my wife tells me I can’t say anything in a concise manner)……….I was wondering if it would be OK to swap out the Sauconys for a similarly priced pair of shoes that I could wear for every day use? As long as they’re comfy with a good toe box and relatively conservative (as little neon as possible) that would be great.

My father recently asked where I got my tennis shoes, as he calls them. I replied that I have been going to BPRC for years. They will take the time to make sure you have the right shoe for what you are doing. I did refer him to another store closer where he lives, not a BPRC, sorry. Later that week I was at your Suwanee store, very close to home for me. Ran into Jeff who told me about getting my Dad and Sister fitted for shoes. Jeff had helped me with my first pair of running shoes when he worked at the Alpharetta store. My dad now lives in the shoes he got at peachy and loves to tell everyone there the best he’s ever had. Need to understand, my dad is 90 years old. I wanted to take a moment to give your Midtown Atlanta store kudos for incredible customer service. Over the course of a month and half the manager and a store associate (Michael?) helped me work through two pairs of shoes until I was able to find the perfect pair that not only fit perfectly, reduce numbing in my toes during long runs, and are incredibly comfortable. The folks at the Big Peach midtown location were patient, helpful, and didn’t give up on finding the perfect training shoe for my upcoming Ironman 70.3. Thanks and I already considered myself a customer for life–this additional experience only confirmed my choice.

Wow!! I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know that your sales associate, Jamie, gave me service over and above the call of duty last Friday. Unknown to me, the store was very busy with runners picking up their numbers for a 10K that day and initially I felt that I would probably get no service and almost walked out…

Jamie saw that I was confused and concerned, came up to me and asked if she could help. I was relieved because I was anxious to get some new shoes. I explained that I had recently started to put on about 20 miles/week on an old pair of shoes and my feet were hurting post walk. She talked to me about my needs, checked my feet for pressure points, brought out 5 or 6 pairs of shoes for me to try out, watched me walk to check my gait, and even helped me purchase a second pair of shoes on sale for just running around town. I was really impressed the way she truly cared about making sure I had the right shoes.

Now I’m not a runner; I’m pushing 60 years old and don’t know that much about running and shoes. Jamie treated me like a important customer/athlete and was very pleasant and understanding. Please thank her again for me; she was awesome.

I just wanted to give you some feedback regarding the service Blair provided to me and a friend while visiting your store today. Blair provided us with expert customer service. He was very friendly, patiently answered all our questions and just all around helpful. My friend and I had never had our running style analyzed and Blair explained everything that he looked at and why. He then brought out a couple different brands and explained to each of us why he was having us try the particular shoes on. Throughout the entire time he never pressured us to get a certain shoe or any shoe at all. We both felt very comfortable with Blair and were pleased with the entire experience because of Blair.

We both live in Ellijay so it is not always convenient to come down to Kennesaw but because of our positive experience today, with Blair, we will try and plan more trips to your store.

Marietta Store Visit

We visited the Marietta location to purchase shoes for my husband and myself. Corey was fantastic!! He made sure the shoes were comfortable and a good fit for both of us. My husband is 61 years old and has REFUSED to purchase a good walking shoe ever! He recently had back surgery. I wanted to tell you how awesome your midtown crew is. I purchased a Tom Tom watch from your store that was not so great and they worked with me in changing it out for a Garmin ~ 2 weeks later. The Garmin has been so much better. The team was responsive and understood why I was unhappy with the product and understood that spending that amount of money should mean I get what I need. Wonderful Customer Service

My mom and I visited the midtown store, on a busy Saturday morning, with two different needs. This was our first time visiting Big Peach and we will definitely be returning!! Jillian assisted us and she is AWESOME! She was able to help us find the right shoes (at the right price), and was able to juggle our different needs. She was very interested in our activities and gave advice for my up-coming half marathon. The rest of the staff was very friendly and engaging. One of the best shopping experiences I have had. I wanted to right about an amazing experience I had with two of your staff, Morgan and Sarah. I came in at 7:30 on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening last week, looking for a new pair of running shoes (used to own the Wave Sayonara 2’s, understood that the 3’s were a completely different shoe, so wanted to “start from scratch”). Morgan and Sarah were awesome in walking me through 5-6 different pairs of shoes, took lots of time, and provided lots of helpful guidance. For some reason I thought you closed at 8:30, but at 8;15 when I noticed the store was empty except for me and 1 other customer, I realized my mistake and apologized for keeping them late. They didn’t seem bothered at all, told me not to worry about it, and worked with me diligently for the next 30 minutes, until I finished up my purchase at 8:45.

Morgan was crazy knowledgeable about running shoes, and Sarah was great (although she admitted she was new, but offered her guidance where she could). Both of them were awesome, and I really appreciated the time and effort they took to get me into the right pair of shoes!

One of the reasons I really enjoy supporting my local BPRC store!!!!  Big shout out to both of them.

Very Enjoyable and Educational Experience

This is my first time experiencing the process of purchasing shoes for walking and I must say that this was a very enjoyable and educational experience. Tiffany, who was charged with the task of entertaining all of my questions as well as educate me on the shoe selection process, was great. She was very professional, informative, and very engaged with me. Tyler also was a great aspect of my experience, he explained a few things that I would have never thought was important in regards to shoe purchasing. Being a customer service manager for over 20yrs and often being very critical of the service I receive, I can honestly say that the service provided today, registers very very high for me. Best Retail Experience

I have been buying running shoes based on friends’ recommendations but have never found any I loved. I finally decided to get some professional help and that’s exactly what I got. Jamie was so patient and helpful. She took into account how often and far I run and watched me on the treadmill. Then she brought out several brands and sizes for me to try. She never rushed me and was so reassuring. Everyone else in the store was so nice as well. This was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back!

Impressed with Their Care and Professionalism

Wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience at your Kennesaw store. My podiatrist showed me that I had a bone spur and plantar fasciitis in my right heel. He suggested I go to Big Peach and get new shoes and told me to dump my old ones. I went to the Kennesaw store and could[not] have been more impressed with their care and professionalism. They took their time to see the issues I was having with my feet, had me walk on the treadmill, and found a pair of shoes comfortable and soft to protect my feet and heel and I could not be more pleased!! Immediately Felt At Ease

My last pair was purchased at Road Runner. I even got talked into their membership. I still have a discount there and didn’t want to go there. I went to the East Cobb location and immediately felt at ease. Connor walked me through each shoe that would be a good fit based on my previous fittings and stride. I ended up in my first pair of New Balances (1080 v6) and love them. Connor had the Kennesaw store transfer over the color I wanted. I’ll be back!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE a pair of shoes can make!

My rheumatologist recommended that I get professionally fitted for sneakers at Big Peach to aid in easing my osteoarthritis problems. I was VERY pessimistic but now that I have had my new shoes over a week I am VERY amazed! Bryce was so patient with me in getting just the right fit that addressed my medical needs and WHAT A DIFFERENCE a pair of shoes can make! I think EVERYONE–even if you’re healthy– should get fitted by them. I am going back to get another pair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I will never buy sneakers anywhere else but Big Peach!

Great service!

On the recommendation from my coach at Multi Sports Performance, I had the Gait analysis done on my run. Made the drive from Peachtree City to Big Peach to have it done. I loved how I was enthusiastically and promptly greeted and in less that 30 minutes I was walking out the door with a new style shoe (first time I switched style in 13 years). Ran in the shoes yesterday and they were great.

Andre Was Absolutely Amazing

New walking shoes were needed this year as I will be doing my second Atlanta 2-Day walk in October, raising money for breast cancer. Last year my feet were not very happy with me after that weekend of walking, and I knew it was the shoes I had. It was recommended to me to come to Big Peach and have a more in depth discussion about what shoes would probably be a better choice.

I went to the Kennesaw store. Andre was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, listened to what I was needing and definitely nailed it with his shoe suggestions. He took the time to discuss pros and cons of each shoe that I tried on. I Will Not Shop Anywhere Else

Hayden was pleasant to work with from moment I stepped in the Kennesaw store to his “have a nice day ma’am” when I left. I have a knee injury and he was only bringing me shoes that would provide extra comfort which I appreciated not trying to be sold on something I wasn’t looking for. He also educated me on the importance of running socks. I walked out with 4 pair of socks and one pair of running shoes and very happy feet! I will not shop anywhere else for running shoes.

Grant is one of the best consultants I’ve ever worked with. I don’t know what I was expecting from a running store and buying running shoes, but I have never had as pleasant of a shopping experience as I did there. My friend Googled Big Peach Running Co. Brookhaven because I was in town and really needed a pair of running shoes after starting running and realized I just didn’t have the right shoes. I just needed somewhere that would measure my foot, I got so much more. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Grant. He was very positive, upbeat, fun, witty, knowledgeable, and informative. He not only answered our questions, but give us the why behind his answers. The used laser and infrared technology to measure your feet and pressure points, then recommend shoes, let you run in them and record it. After that they give you immediate feedback and make more informed recommendations. My friend and I were helped for also most 2 hours, they decided to get shoes also, well after close, and I didn’t even notice it. At the end Grant could have told me my shoes cost $10,000 and I still would have bought them, because not only are the shoes perfect for me, but because of the value he built with me, and the service. Hands down 10/10 would, and will buy again.

World of Difference In My Running

I had a great experience in the store, the young lady that waited on me was extremely patient and knowledgeable, not to mention she saved me from having to buy shoes unnecessarily which caused me to shop around until I could find something to purchase. She assisted me in purchasing some socks which made a world of difference in my running. I wanted to get a positive message to management about your Alpharetta Store. Bryce was more than wonderful – I went into BigPeach on Tuesday evening and he spent 2 hours helping me figure out a good shoe. I later went home and in the morning realized the shoes were a little pinching which I didn’t realize earlier. Most Helpful & Patient Sales Person

Cassy, in the Marietta location, is the most helpful and patient sales person. I brought my 8 yr. old in at the beginning of cross country to be fit for shoes. She took her time, brought out lots of options & took her outside in each pair to watch her run.
Weeks later I returned with my other daughter when “Girls on the Run” was starting. Cassy remember our names, asked about cross country and once again helped us find some great shoes.
Even though Cassy is a big time distance runner, she helped us as though our 2K & 5K daughters were headed for Boston.

The shoe I bought ended up not being in the store and I was convinced to go ahead and order and pay and they would be here in a week. The store could never produce a receipt for me and it’s going on 14 days and still no shoes. I called after 10 days and was told they were in transit and would arrive in 2 days. At 14 days I called again and was told they were out of stock and they had to order from Georgia but they haven’t even shipped yet. I will never order from this store again.

I purchased a pair of running shoes in December 2023 but after one month of running on them, I was experiencing pain in the left foot. I took the shoes back and the store gave me a different make/model of shoes to try.

My wife and I both needed some new walking shoes for an upcoming trip. She found the Big Peach Running Co. store online and wanted to try it out. We were so pleasantly surprised by the attention of the staff to every customer that was there! We had a wonderful staff member (I wish I could remember her name) that spent at least an hour between the both of us. This involved a scan of our feet, videoing us walking in shoes to see how our feet “worked”, and then fitting us with a huge number of different types of running shoes until we felt the comfort and support needed. This is the ONLY place I will be going from now on for running shoe needs!

Big Peach is just about the only store where I can find shoes that fit me right. I love the new foot scanner, and Molly did a great job offering me several different pairs all in wide which is hard to find anywhere else. Love my new Brooks!

I knew where to go to get Hoka shoes my doctor recommended for tendinitis. I was creative when I came in and had terrific service. Matt measured my feet and selected the appropriate shoes to try on was very patient and really gave me a lot of information and glad to be a customer again. These guys understand customer service

I needed a hard-to-find seatpost for my bike. Multiple calls to multiple shops around central GA to be told it was out of stock and I’d have to wait weeks if not months. The only shop that went above and beyond to find one was Big Peach in Brookhaven. Props to Colby. These guys understand customer service.

I always receive great service

I wanted to send a quick note to highlight the customer service of one individual when I stopped into the Decatur store on Friday, 1/13/17. I always receive great service when I shop at BPRC. Erin helped me that day and did a great job. This was the 2nd time she provided excellent customer service to me as she helped me purchase a pair of inserts in the summer of 2016. When I came in a couple of weeks ago, I showed her an email I had from my running coach that explained my gait, stride, the way I pronate, etc. She took all of that information, measured me up, and brought out 4 pairs of shoes that all felt great. She explained the differences, how they were built and how they would help, and also showed me how to tie them to get a tighter fit around the ankle. I mentioned to her that I had not had much luck purchasing running shoes lately and was intimidated by the process (I think I told her I likened it to buying a car). She made it super easy. My very first run in those shoes was an 8-mile long run and they felt great. I have done several other runs in them and so far they feel really good. I am really happy with the service she provided.

I am looking forward to stopping into Big Peach – Decatur again (actually, it may be very soon since my wife bought me a gift card for my birthday last weekend).

Went to the Brookhaven location on January 16 right after the MLK Drum Run 5k. My buddy wanted new shoes and I was just along for the ride. Well, upon entering EVERYONE was super nice and very professional. My buddy’s associate Sarah was super patient very knowledgeable and so kind. Those are some huge shoes! I wear a 15 4E and I have always been able to rely on Big Peach to have my sizes and needs. I wear orthotics as well and, dang it, I want to be able to wear something other than the same pair of Brooks Beasts that I’ve had to buy since 2007 (they update the shoe, but only have blue/white for size 15).
I was able to try those new ones on and I was also given some New Balance shoes to try and I LOVED THEM! So much lighter than the Brooks shoes and they looked good, too! I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes! I appreciate not having to catalog order my running shoes and I really appreciate you stocking big man, Clydesdale shoes! After 20+ years away from running it was fantastic to walk into Big Peach and talk with such a knowledgeable team member about my past injuries, my running goals and the latest running technology. Being out of the running loop for so long I needed to speak with an expert, but one that had the patience to work with me as if I were a complete beginner. If I could only use two words to describe the Big Peach staff they would be “expert” and “patient”. In addition, the technology they employ to ensure you get the right shoe is amazing. Their ability to make precise measurements of my feet and evaluate my pronation tendencies and gait were incredible. If you’re new to running or getting back in the game like me, Big Peach is the only place you’ll need to visit. Two thumbs up, five stars or 10 out of 10, however you want to score it, Big Peach is great.

After explaining the foot issues and going through the fit process, it was recommended that I go a half size larger and lace the shoes differently. What a difference! I love the Suwanee store. The weekly group runs are great and keep me motivated to come out and run there. I said that I would never run a marathon, but after running with people there and getting set up with the proper shoes and nutrition, I have now run three and have signed up for Atlanta next year.

Within the last 5 months, I started running again and with increased miles came increased ankle issues. A friend recommended that I go get fit for running shoes so I chose Big Peach. From the moment I walked thru their doors, they treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. From my fitting, they had several different shoes to recommend and at different price levels. I never felt pressured to by the most expensive ones, just assured by the staff that what was most important was what felt best on my feet. I’ve even went back to the store (Suwanee) to ask for running tips and advice without spending a dime and they still treated me as if they appreciated me being there. Not just for runners!

I’m not a runner…at all! So why would I go to Big Peach Running? I wanted an athletic shoe for walking. Walking or standing in them all day at work, on vacations or power shopping. I was fitted for a shoe perfect for me and not once did I ever feel “less than” or judged for not being a runner. Such a pleasurable experience, at both Suwanee and Brookhaven. The staff was fantastic.

I never felt judged

This is why I went back to BP after so long, and too many shoes bought elsewhere. I had bought my first pair of real running shoes over six years ago from the Decatur store, going through the gait analysis and everything and coming away very happy with my Asics 3010. Over the years I just ordered other Asics I’d find a deal on online, and that was ok. As I was recently shopping for shoes for my teenage boys at Dick’s, I realized I was needing a new pair. So I looked for shoes for myself and was about to purchase there, but just didn’t feel great about any of them so thought I should try BP again. And I’m really glad I did. I walked in mid-morning Saturday, was greeted promptly by Erin (and others) and they asked what they could help with. Within minutes I was trying on shoes, giving feedback to Erin and her observing my running, eliminating some shoes, bringing out others, with lots of back and forth Q&A about shoes, running, fitness, etc. Even as the store got busier, I never felt rushed or neglected. And I never felt judged for being “just a casual runner”, nor pressured to buy a pricier shoe. Erin was awesome, and the rest of the staff was as well, in how they seamlessly would step in to clear away shoes/boxes of my rejects and offer their encouragement/comments along the way. It was also a teaching moment for my youngest son that was with me, that I could point out the exceptional customer service that is all too rare now, and the value of such service. Just a great overall experience and well worth the few extra $s. Thanks, Big Peach!

Looking for something a little different. Andy took my input and came out with the perfect pair of shoes. He is a huge asset because he really knows his stuff.

Life-Changing Visit to Midtown Store!

Recently I went to the Midtown store and met Jeff for a complete analysis of my “problem” feet. I had given up on wearing sport – running shoes as my big toe quickly wore thru. Jeff carefully measured my feet and helped me understand that I have been wearing the wrong size shoes for years. Then, Jeff, had me try on multiple brands without revealing the size or make (blind testing). I found the perfect fit with Mizuno M-Wave Rider 21 Quiet Shade. This brand is totally different from the New Balance models I have worn for + 30 years. Much more toe room which I really needed plus a new length and width.

Finally, Jeff showed me some exercises for neck and shoulder pain. This gave me the hope that I needed ( pain management) to start taking long walks again. I went back and purchased a 2nd pair a few days later.

I will be a Big Peach customer for life and I am recommending your store to family, friends, and co-workers.

I’ve been a runner for over 30 years and Big Peach Running Co. far exceeded any place I’ve bought shoes. Remember when you had to try on 10 running shoes at the store to find an ideal fit? That is so yesterday.

At Big Peach, they put science behind the selection. Fernando, the salesman, made a video of my feet running on a treadmill. I was able to see exactly what my foot does as it hits the ground and what shoe would be ideal for me. Fernando only brought out three shoes that matched my running style. He nailed it on his selections. Now add to that a guy who has great people skills, educates as you try on shoes, and lets you take your time in finding the best shoe. Well, there you have it.
This is exactly why I’ll be coming back to the Big Peach when I buy my next running shoes.

I have discovered Big Peach Running by trying to locate any good running store in Acworth area since the closest Fleet Feet was over an hour drive away. I have been a loyal customer of Fleet Feet for many years and I was reluctant to go somewhere else. However, after shopping at Big Peach Running this past weekend I could not have been happier. The moment we walked in we were the top priority for the store representative. We have first tried the newest version of same brand shoes that I have used for years. However, after further evaluation of my foot characteristics, we have learned that new type of shoes would be needed. She has then brought a large selection of the right type of runners that would both offer stability but also look cute :). I will definitely be coming back to this store. My name is Lawrence Guyton and I am about to run my first full marathon (Publix). I went into my favorite running store, Big Peach Decatur and had such a wonderful experience. All thanks to a sales associate by the name of Erin! She is super awesome! This was the second time I had been to the store when she was there, and even though I didn’t purchase anything the first time (at least I don’t think so), she remembers me! Which was a big deal to me. Though I was there with a recently purchased gift card for my birthday, Erin never pressured me to buy anything. She eagerly went back and forth until she helped me to find the perfect shoe (the Brooks Adrenaline GTA 18). She was funny and encouraging. She made it seem as if we were friends forever. I can’t say enough about how great my shopping experience was, and it was largely due to your super-duper sales associate ERIN!!!! (and Alex wasn’t too bad either) My only complaint about her is that she is a N. O. saints fan. Well, guess nobody’s perfect. Thanks again!

Having just starting my running “career” in my late 40’s, I thought I should get a professional opinion on the running shoes I was wearing, also preparing myself to run in the Peachtree road race this year and doing a 5k a month, the experience brought me back to my very young years when buying shoes you would get one on one attention and the salesperson would measure and assess, it was a great experience I will recommend and return.

With damaged nerves in my legs, trying to find a pair of walking shoes that not only fit but are comfortable is a very hard task. BPR Co in Brookhaven took their time to examine how I walk and found a pair of shoes from another branch store that worked. Because of the time they invested I am no longer in discomfort when I walk my dog or walk to the store across the street. No other shoe store has ever helped me to this degree. I will always come back as my recovery advances as I am now a loyal customer!

Those expectations were completely shattered after working with Billy. Billy was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. He brought back 4 different pairs, from a range of prices and styles, and thoroughly explained what differentiated each pair. I was never pressured into making a decision, and I eventually pulled the trigger on the Brooks Ravenna 9. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The young woman that helped me was very professional and knew her trade. She was polite, asked a lot of pertinent questions and listened to the customer’s needs and wants. Most places you go to buy running shoe’s, there is no one that knows squat. The personal running video was clutch to help both of us pick the right running shoe for me. As I watched the other sales associates take care of their customers, I could see they were well trained and knew the drill but it was a bit more than that. They all seemed genuinely interested in getting the right shoe for that person. I would highly recommend to any runner to visit this organization and experience what I did. Went to Big Peach in Midtown recently to look for a new pair of shoes as my old ones weren’t exactly what I needed. Received great customer service from the associate that helped me, though I don’t quite remember his name. He analyzed my feet, then saw me take a few strides before coming out with various different shoes that he saw fit for me, and we decided on a pair of ASICS GT2000. I definitely will be back to Big Peach soon.

Really great experience from warm welcomes and knowledgeable advice when selecting my new shoes. Worn Nike for years and was dead set on another pair. Sales guy had me try on a couple of different brands that were high in comfort. Ended up going with some Brooks. Ran 6 today and it was one of the best runs I’ve had in a long time. The sales person was on point with helping me choose the right shoe. They were not pushy and it was a very relaxed experience. I will be back!

The return policy is as good as they claim

My first time in I chose a pair of shoes that felt great in the store but made my feet fall asleep halfway through my run. I sheepishly went back with shoes in hand, thinking there was no way the return policy could be as good as the website says. Colin diagnosed my problem, helped me find a great pair of new shoes and returned my “old” ones no questions asked. The return policy is as good as they claim and the customer service is better. Thanks to Colin and Big Peach, I’m never buying running shoes from Amazon again.

Amy at the Marietta store is now my friend. At 72 years I was used to buying the first shoes that fit. Not with Amy, I tried on multiple pairs, did comparisons, walked outside with a different shoe on each fit, reviewed each and then had to answer Amy’s questions to be certain. My recent experiences buying and ordering shoes have not been nearly as good as Big Peach used to be. I did a new shoe fitting the past weekend, and it did not inspire confidence.

Well, I walked out almost in tears at the difference proper fitting makes!! I have always bought the latest style with the colors that were cute. My last purchase doing this has caused me a great deal of pain. My feet hurt, my back hurt and hips were hurting from that last shoe. I had heard of this place years ago but never tried them. I went in for the first time desperate for relief from the painful shoes I was wearing to get a plain all black shoe. The saleswoman was fabulous. Super patient and asked all the right questions. She sized my feet to get the right size. I have been wearing a size 9 in Nike’s because I needed a wider shoe. My size is an 8 1/2 on my right foot and 7 1/2 on my left. Never knew this! I am super happy with the shoes that were offered to me. I have the most comfortable shoes now that I have ever owned. No more pain and wore the shoes out with a smile of satisfaction and gratitude on my face. I will forever shop here for my shoes.

I told Alex I was a size 9.5 but he wanted to measure me anyway. Turns out I was actually a size 10 (good call, Alex). After telling him about all my ailments and preferences, Alex brought out 4 pairs of different brands for me to try on. He prepared the shoelaces for me and he did not push me onto any brand. I just wanted to let you know that your Brookhaven staff is TOP NOTCH! They have become my “go to” store for all my needs! I do not always get the names or remember the names but EVERY member of the staff that I have come in contact with have gone above and beyond to make my visits and myself feel very special.

Being a casual, older, runner I have often felt neglected in some other specialty shops. This has NEVER been the case at your Brookhaven location.

As a relatively new runner, finding the right shoe and troubleshooting foot stuff has been frustrating and I would have quit a while ago but thanks to your staff @ Big Peach, we’ve been able to keep going.

My last trip to the Decatur location, I was helped by Colin and Leni. Between the 3 of us, we were able to find a better shoe that ticked all of the boxes. I have taken these new kicks on several pavement dates and I love them more each run!

Long-time customer of Big Peach. Two really good things about BPRC are:

1. Putting new runners on the treadmill and helping them find the right shoes. I refer new runners to Big Peach all the time for this!

2. No-hassle return policy. The slightly higher price (over the web) that you pay at BPRC is worth it for many reasons. Probably the biggest reason to buy in-store is they will take shoes back if you don’t like them. Period. No hassles.

BPRC is like any other retail chain and they have Guest Advocates that have bad days or are not totally great at dealing with the public but mostly the staff is very competent, helpful and knowledgeable. Alex at the (new) Decatur location did a great job helping me yesterday as a matter of fact!

Hunter in the Decatur location was very knowledgeable and helpful. He brought us clarity about the doctor’s prescribed insoles. He helped us understand more perspectives on child development, foot movement, and arch support. Although we only came for insoles, he performed a high-tech gait analysis and explained how better socks and shoes would help our son. He gave of his time and took his time with sizing shoes to try on our son while a co-worker patiently closed the store for the night. Matt at Town Brookhaven was awesome. I told him all the “issues” with my feet and he brought out the perfect pair of walking shoes. I can not recall her name-but she nailed my issue in less than 5 minutes. And she was dead on-had a GREAT run yesterday in my new Mizunos. Had been struggling w running shoes for about 6 months. Walked into the store on a great warm Saturday @ the Winward Store. Had quite some crowd, but my experience was really good. My staff gave me a gift card for Christmas and I finally got a chance to use it. I went to the Decatur location where Erin greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me find not only a new pair of running shoes but inserts as well. I got a lot more out of this experience

My first time to Big Peach; I received a gift certificate for Christmas because I needed new, GOOD pavement runners and trail runners. I have flat feet, overpronate pretty severely and get shin splints because of it – Colin was able to diagnose my problem really quickly and found several good options that I was able to test several times in the store. He was incredibly patient and took time to explain everything – he even taught me how to tie my shoes! (I didn’t realize I tie my shoes way too tightly). Colin has a solid knowledge of foot anatomy and running technique, so I got a lot more out of this experience than just three pairs of shoes!

Wonderful staff, selection, and advice!

I am training for my first marathon and had a lot of questions because I’m worried I didn’t have the right shoes. I called to see if they could look at my running form and I spoke with Rhett who was very positive they would do all they could to help me. When I walked into the store Rhett remembered speaking with me and was incredibly friendly and got right to work looking at my form and overall foot landing. He helped me understand the issue I was having and explained it to me in great detail. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. In the end, I found a great pair of Brooks shoes and several other items to help me in training. Rhett was very patient with me and all of my questions and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I came away with so much knowledge and felt better about my overall training and my upcoming marathon! I highly recommend Big Peach Running, it was well worth my time and drive!

I was asked for my email address at checkout, and when I said that I don’t usually give out my email address because I don’t want to receive marketing emails, your salesperson told me that “they are totally separate databases, giving us your email for the receipt doesn’t put you on our mailing list.” And yet….here we are, five days later, and I get an email about Big Peach’s “winter clearance sale”….and had to unsubscribe myself from the mailing list I was told I wouldn’t be added to in the first place.

You know, I pretty much expect that if I give a company my email address I’m going to get emails from them. That’s typical. But don’t LIE about it.

My sales associate was so patient

I was recently challenged to a 5K run off by one of my regional business leaders and I haven’t run in a while despite my track field experience and was in dire need of new shoes.

My sales associate was so patient with me as I searched for comfort and style. I landed in San Francisco today and have already started the break-in process and am ready to perform on Saturday!

Bob was AMAZING, and he made me so incredibly excited to run.

My best friend convinced me to run a half marathon in October, and while I’m physically fit, I am one of those “I am not a runner” types. I went into Big Peach with my husband and I was pretty nervous about it – you always hear the horror stories of super in shape fit people make others not feel so great. Well, I was immediately found to be wrong. Bob was AMAZING, and he made me so incredibly excited to run. He took me through the process, he sat there while I was indecisive for an hour and then he proceeded to give me tips and tricks to get over the mental aspects of running, my biggest worry. All in all, I will never go anywhere else! I had some issues with my foot after my first run in my shoes and today when I called another kind man walked me through all of the possibilities and told me to come back in if it flares up the same way – none of these guys needed to take this much time to make me feel comfortable, but they did. I’m so excited to have a new place to go for all of my running needs!

I have run in the same few shoe models for many years and wanted to see what else was out there. Maybe I already had the right shoe or maybe there was something better.

After the salesperson, whose name I have regrettably forgotten, listen to me and asked questions, she emerged from the stockroom with the four new choices to try. I liked them all but soon zeroed in one that was new to me and felt great. The size that I needed was not in stock at that location but it was shipped from another store directly to my home at no extra cost.

No more online shopping for me

I went into the East Cobb store looking for relief of my aching feet. I work 11 hours a day and all of them on my feet. The associate KB took the time to make sure I had proper fitting and very comfortable shoes when I left. She listened to my concerns with my feet and brought several pairs to try on. I was impressed with the variety of wide width shoes they had in stock. Usually, I can find 1 maybe 2 different pairs in that width. I will definitely be back for my next pair. I am so glad I stopped in and recommend anyone looking for athletic shoes to go to Big Peach Running Co. No more online shopping for me.

Transformed my Running!!

Running Transformed is no joke. I thought I’d go in and they’d video me running then sell me some shoes, boy was I wrong. I had some really bad form issues that really needed to be corrected to prevent further injury and they showed me exactly how to do it. Wade Coleman at the Alpharetta store took over 3 hours with me showing me my problems and how to fix them. He then showed me new warmups and form drills to maintain my progress. The class was Monday morning and this is Thursday and as of now I’ve dropped a minute and 10 seconds off my per mile time and am running with less effort and no pain. Faster is amazing but I’m training for my first ultra and have a marathon next week. Wade said he could fix me before the marathon and he was right. I’m telling everyone I know how incredible the class is and that yes it has Transformed my Running!! I will be forever thankful to them and they will be my go-to store from now on. Customer for Life!

My wife is an aspiring runner and I’ve been at it for a while… Today we went in to buy her first pair of real running shoes, and he couldn’t have been more patient or knowledgeable. He made our experience an educational and inspiring adventure- so much so that we left with her shoes, plus a brand new pair for me as well! We’ve definitely found our running home 🙂

This was my first time going into Big Peach and I would definitely recommend anyone to go. I went to the Brookhaven store and Hugh really helped us out. We did the stride test and he was very informative. He brought out samples for us to try and test the support. Once I found my shoe, he helped to find the style that I wanted and to order them in. I am so glad that I went in and did that! I definitely will be coming back.

I haven’t written a review for anyone in a very long time but Big Peach Alpharetta truly deserves it. I had the best experience. I believe the sales person that helped me was Bryce and he was amazing. He helped me pick out a new running shoe specially tailored to how I run. He took his time and had me try on at least 10 shoes to find the best fit. I am training for my 1st half marathon and started having a lot of aches and pains and it was really difficult running on my long day. I’m so happy to say I completed 7 miles yesterday and with Bryce’s suggestion of shorter strides I had a much better run. I also purchased electrolytes and gels that Bryce suggested and they helped a ton while I was running. I felt more comfortable, had more energy and was much happier during my run. Dear Big Peach, Donna and I were visiting family over Thanksgiving week. They live near Decatur. We live in Houston. We noted that our grandson was in need of a new pair of running shoes and Big Peach came recommended to us. Arrangements were made for us to meet with grandson about 11 am on November 26th at the Decatur store. Donna and I arrived first and were met at the front area by Erin. I initially intended to just shop and wait for my grandson, but during a conversation with Erin about shoes, I realized she really knew what she was talking about. I had initially planned to order my own shoes on-line as I also needed shoes, but while visiting with Erin, I tried several pairs on and bought a pair of Asics. My grandson arrived and Erin fitted him with a pair of New Balance shoes. We left the store and I realized that my Donna also needed a new pair and talked her into returning to the store. Partly, this was because of the confidence I had in Erin to fit the shoes correctly. We returned to the store and Erin did, indeed, fit Donna with her own pair of walking shoes. We wanted to make you aware of our very positive experience with Erin. She must be a very valuable employee as she is very knowledgeable about shoes, has a lot of confidence in her ability, and was very conscientious in her approach to fitting the shoes. I have told everyone about my experience

I have tried on so many sneakers and could not find any that were comfortable. I own seven pairs trying to find some that worked, but all of them cause me to come home with aching feet. My sister told me she had gotten some from Big Peach a couple of years ago and they were her most comfortable shoes. Desperate for comfort, I drove an hour in the pouring rain too. I was warmly welcomed in the store and expressed my frustration. I heard “I can help with that”. This was what I wanted to hear! The salesman measured my feet, asked me some questions and asked me to have a seat. He came back with several shoes for me to try. We found some that were comfortable and he had me on a treadmill taking a video to show how I walked. He went back and brought out some more shoes. The next pair I put on were worth the drive in the rain! The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! The salesman informed me that even though they feel great now, I may get home and wear them and realize they aren’t as perfect as in the store. “No problem”, he said, I can bring them back. What? I can wear them and bring them back? What kind of customer service is this? The incredible kind! Fortunately, I have now worn my shoes several times and I still love them. I have told everyone about my experience. What a difference in knowledge of your product and customer service makes!

After having a very bad experience with ordering running shoes online, I was visiting Big Peach Running Co., which I found online. I stepped into the store and the staff welcomed me very friendly. Being my second visit to Big Peach Running Company in Midtown, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how Big Peach Running Co. has made efforts to follow protocols provided by the CDC to ensure their customers and employees are safe and protected at this time. I visited recently as the stores began opening in Midtown amid the COVID-19 pandemic. I am one to support local, small businesses, and wanted to continue, especially during this time. Their efforts to wear face masks, taped areas and directional signage on the floor to ensure 6 feet distance is honored, and employees intentional to use hand sanitizer before and after transactions, even offering to us as we exited, was impressive. Thank you for the work you do for the running community

I got some new running shoes from you a few weeks back, and I wanted to let you know how much they mean to me. After running for over a decade, last year, I developed a leg problem that required me to go through two rounds of physical therapy before I was able to start running again. I visited several doctors and health care providers who asked if there was a particular moment of injury I could point to, and the frustrating thing was that I couldn’t. I got a little twinge in my knee when running or taking the stairs and it kept getting worse until I was unable to take the stairs at all to work and at different points I found myself shopping for crutches or a particularly snazzy cane because the problem wasn’t getting better and it was painful to walk. I finally got the right PT who pushed me to recover what turned out to be the result of my hip getting out of alignment and causing muscle tension. I was finally able to start running regularly again when the coronavirus happened and I started working from home. Besides yoga, running is a huge stress relief for me and is key to maintaining good mental health. My old shoes were getting pretty worn, and I was happy to not only be able to order two new pairs of running shoes but to have them sent to me so quickly. Thank you for the work you do for the running community and when I get the newsletter, I am excited to think about one day being able to run a 5K (and eventually work back up to 10Ks) again. Thanks!

I plan to make Big Peach my go-to store

I stopped by the Marietta Big Peach store today. I have badly needed a new pair of running shoes but have been unable to shop anywhere for two months due to all the lockdowns and shutdowns. I tried to go to another shoe store last weekend but it was online orders only and I needed some consultation about my shoes. I was SO glad that Big Peach was open today and I went as soon as you opened. I believe the associate was named Don and he was GREAT, answering all my questions and helping me with my consultation. He helped me decide on a new pair of New Balance shoes. Thank you for being OPEN to the public and thank you for having a knowledgeable, no-pressure sales staff. I plan to make Big Peach my go-to store for running apparel from now on.

Hi! I just wanted to send a note with a HUGE thank you again to David for all of the help at the Midtown location Saturday (6-June) afternoon. He went WAY above and beyond helping me and a friend both find the right running shoes for each of us. His knowledge and patience are unparalleled and you are very lucky to have him as part of the team. On Tuesday at about 11 am I attended Big Peach in Brookhaven in search of a comfortable walking shoe. I advised the salesperson that I have been wearing NB 990 for years and had in the last year been walking roughly 7 miles p.d. and was getting blisters on the front of my toes. I had on a pr. of brand new NB 990. He asked me if I was wearing the correct size for my feet and I replied yes as that is my exact size. He suggested as that size was right would I like to stick with NB and choose a different style. I turned and left the store. What happened to the great professional approach you advertise on your website or is that only for runners and not walkers? Very disappointed in the level of service, was expecting a lot more after reading your process on your site.

I have raved about your company and my experience

I was having really bad foot pain from flat feet and Joanna helped me tremendously!! She took the time to find out my needs and explained what her plan was to help me with my foot pain. About an hour later I had the correct shoes and recover sandals to help! It’s only been 3 days and my heel pain is almost completely gone! Thanks again for all your help. very pleased to see the safety measures in use at the midtown store

Today I shopped for running shoes at Big Peach in Midtown. It was my first visit to a retail establishment since mid-March. Because of my age, I am in the group more vulnerable to COVID-19. I was very pleased to see the safety measures in use at the midtown store. There was a sign to wait at the door until greeted by an employee. There were two employees (both wearing masks) who were helping other customers when I arrived but I only had to wait a few minutes. The benches for trying on shoes were well spaced. The employee fitting me (sorry I didn’t get her name) sat on a stool at a proper distance and slid shoes that they felt met my needs to me for trying. At checkout, there was a mark on the floor where the customer should stand. After the sale was entered, the employee moved away from the register and asked me to insert my card in the reader. She then placed my purchase in a bag and placed it on the counter. I was able to comfortably social distance. My only disappointment was that of the about 5 to 6 customers, 2 were not wearing masks.
I will definitely share my positive experience with other runners.

While visiting my son in Suwanee, GA I visited Big Peach Running Store. I was assisted by Isaac Pagan in the selection of a fitness shoe for fitness walking. He measured my foot and brought out many shoes for me to try on. Since my feet measured a narrow width we were unable to find a shoe to fit my needs. I must say however that this young man went out of his way to help and gave me several suggestions. Kudos out to Isaac Pagan for his kindness.

Just wanted to thank you for such an awesome job with this [RUNATL 10K Training]. From the videos to the Wednesday evening virtual sessions, the resources and program y’all put together were great!

For years I’ve struggled to get back into running due to a lack of structure and inevitable injuries when not following a plan. But this made it so easy to digest and follow a framework, and the information about stretching and cross-training closed a loop for me I could never quite grasp. There’s just so much information out there, but this program was wonderful in how straightforward it was. Just logging and following my progress on Strava made a world of difference for my motivation. It’s all about celebrating the small wins.

Due to the program, I’m hoping to do a few more 10Ks and then plan to train for a half-marathon. A full marathon is on my bucket list, and this program has helped me see that with proper equipment, information, and a plan that’s definitely possible for me. Thanks, again, for all of your work on putting this together.

my son g0t some expert care for his feet

I recently took my adult son to Big Peach Running in Kennesaw for advice on a nagging foot problem. While there, my money clip with cash and a number of credit cards dropped out of my pocket.
Later that day, my son got a notification that someone with the same last name had dropped a money clip and that I could come back to the store any time to reclaim it.
I returned this past Sunday afternoon. To my relief, my license and all of my cards and cash were intact.
I offered a reward or a “finder’s fee” to Lucas but he adamantly refused and would have none of it!

So not only did my son get some expert care for his feet from Lucas, the store manager but then I was fortunate to have him find my valuables and take the effort to locate me and save them for a safe return.

I could sense Steve’s passion for running and customer service.

I am a physical therapist and runner, so I’m picky about my shoes and my mechanics. Steve has all the patience in the world while helping my husband and I find the perfect shoes for our stride. He used gait analysis software to explain why he was recommending different shoes types and kept encouraging us to try more until we were happy. He never made us feel like we were taking too long or being too difficult (and we probably tried on at least 10 pairs!). Overall, I could sense Steve’s passion for running and customer service. I will be telling all my running patients to go see Steve and the gold at Big Peach Marietta (East Cobb)!

The personal attention …was exceptional

A friend at work recommended Big Peach after our conversation about how I needed better shoes for work. I’m on my feet all day and have tried New Balance, Nike, and several other brands. I’ve tried insoles and other padding inserts but not until I tried on a pair of Hoka One One at The Kennesaw store did I realize what I have been missing.
The personal attention Karen provide from the moment I walked into the store was exceptional.
She took the time to listen to my needs, issues and concerns then recommend a couple of options.
My first day at work in these shoes was so comfortable.
No hip/back pain at the end of the day.
My feet were not sore after 10 hrs of work.
The most noticeable difference was the ease of walking up and down metal stairs.

I visited the Midtown location today to get fitted for some new shoes and was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful guy named Nathan. He was so positive, outgoing, and helped me more than I could have imagined. I’ve always been a huge fan of Brooks running shoes bc 11 yrs ago that’s what the Brookhaven location suggested after my fitting and of course he brought out several different pairs of those shoes and they felt good but I wasn’t wowed and I think he could tell bc I couldn’t make a decision or make up my mind. Then he said hold on, I’ll be right back and brought out a few more running shoes and said just try these on. I put on the Hoka shoes and immediately knew this was the one! I’m so happy with my purchase and even happier with the customer service! It’s not often that someone really takes the time to listen to your needs and truly be genuine enough to really want to help you the best they can. Nathan must have spent 45 min with me or longer helping me. Truly an excellent experience! If you’re in the market for running shoes, go to the midtown location and ask for Nathan. He’s the best!! Good Morning, I visited your store for the first time this weekend (Brookhaven location) and I was very impressed! Steve O was able to help me find a shoe/arch insert that has helped me be able to run again. I use to be a long-time runner but after an injury last year, it hasn’t been the same. Steve helped me fixed my running issue with the right shoes and insert. I also purchased the Hyperice to help with recovery and blood flow. I’ve used it twice and love it. Not Just for running!
I commented earlier about the exceptional service I received from Big Peach and wanted to follow up.
I purchased a pair of HOKA ONE ONE late last year and after wearing them one day, ordered another pair specifically for work.
The first thing I noticed was the Leather Bondi HOKA was just as comfortable and easily the most comfortable work shoes I have ever had.
I am not a runner and am on my feet all day standing on oil-stained cement floors, metal ladders, and industrial surfaces.
At the end of the night, I noticed my back and legs were not hurting and it was like I was walking on pillows.
Several of my coworkers asked about my shoes and I ended up sending 6 people to Big Peach and the feedback has been great,

perfect example of how to deliver the same high standard of customer service to everyone

After not having purchased running shoes in over six years, I’d narrowed down my shoe choice to Brooks and was planning on buying them from Dick’s Sporting Goods using a gift card. But after trying the shoes on at Dick’s, they didn’t have the extra width I needed, and I subsequently noticed that Big Peach did. So the plan was to determine the size and width I needed at Big Peach, then purchase the shoes online at Dick’s. I felt bad about this from Big Peach’s perspective, but I didn’t want my gift card to go to waste.

When I got to the Alpharetta store, I was upfront about the situation with the sales rep who helped me, Chris, and he understood and was totally cool with it. He treated me like any other customer and took his time to figure out what the best type of running shoe I needed was. He was patient in educating me on shoe terminology and technology, which I had no idea existed. He also brought out other shoes for me to try on for comparison to make sure I was getting in the right shoe.

As it turned out, the New Balance shoes I tried on felt amazing right away, and because Dick’s didn’t carry them, I happily purchased the pair from Big Peach on site. It would’ve been nice to use the Dick’s gift card, but the most important thing was making sure I came away with the best-feeling running shoes. It was a great experience and now I know I can rely on Big Peach in the future to accommodate my wide-foot needs.

Moreover, it was a perfect example of how to deliver the same high standard of customer service to everyone, because Chris’s patience not only ended up giving me the best shoe, but it ended up netting another sale for Big Peach while gaining a future customer. Thanks again!

I was having some feet issues after walking the mean streets of Marietta all summer long in Skechers memory foam sneakers and, sigh, walking sandals. I finally scheduled a podiatrist visit and she immediately sent me to Big Peach to get some real walking shoes. Cameron was super helpful and patient and helped me try on several brands, including Asics, Hoka, and Brooks before I made my final selects. I was tempted to buy all 3 pairs but settled on two. A really great experience overall and very happy to support local business vs. just ordering shoes from Zappos. Ditch your Skechers TODAY and go buy some real shoes, athletic clothes, socks, or even therapeutic supplies (e.g., foam rollers) at Big Peach!

Excellent service from friendly, professional staff

After three foot surgeries, I needed to buy shoes to start getting back in shape. Devin at the Suwanee Town Center location was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. The pair of ASICS he recommended were exactly what I needed for fit & stability. He also measured my arches to help me choose a pair of inserts to put in my old shoes to make them more comfortable and he trimmed them to fit perfectly.

Devin helped my very picky husband choose two pairs of shoes as well (and he was patient while the hubs tried on pair after pair).

I went to the Alpharetta, GA location. It’s been a while since I purchased my last Brooks (Ghost 9).

We walked into the store and were greeted immediately by the staff. Will was the associate that attended me, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly with his services.

He gave me different options to try it out (like Hoka, Asics, New Balance) besides my favorite Brooks.

It was a fast and smooth process since I did my research and Will’s services.

I ended up purchasing Brooks Ghost 13 within 20 minutes inside the store. Can’t wait to run in my new Brooks. 🙂

I have been out of the running game for almost 10 years. I went to Big Peach in Decatur and Shanta was AMAZING!!! She noticed things and helped me in ways no one else ever did when I went to other running stores for “assessments”. She listened to me and my needs. She was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend her for your running shoe needs, especially if you are someone who is just beginning your running journey or returning after a while. Sometimes, I feel intimidated in places where everyone is an “athlete” but she made me feel welcome and was interested in meeting my needs! She’s the best! She would get five out of five stars!

Amazing service

Came by this Saturday (4/10/21) and was helped immediately by Matt. Amazing service as he helped me pick a shoe that would help in my recovery from Achilles Tendon surgery and get me back to walking and hopefully running soon. Took the time to give me all the options and explain the reasoning of his choices for the best shoes for me. Would highly recommend the store and Matt as well if you are in need of shoes and advice with the correct shoe for your needs. So happy that we went in on Saturday and even got our daughter fitted at the same time by Matt.

less foot pain and less leg fatigue

My wife and I have been motivated to begin an exercise and walking regimen, but we didn’t have proper shoes, having always bought the affordable shoes here and there. So we decided to visit the Kennesaw store this past Saturday, 2/27/21. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the nice young lady that helped us, but she was extremely helpful and informative. We started with the analysis and neutral shoes and ended up buying those shoes. I’ve never spent that much on shoes, but I am very happy that I did. We have already been walking and have less foot pain and less leg fatigue. She bought the Brooks Glycerin 19s and I got the same, but the support version. My knees feel better as well, because of the better shock absorption and cushioning on the feet. We will most definitely be back when these wear out in a year or so.

I recently visited the Midtown location. Was helped as soon as I walked through the door. She was patient with all of the different shoes I tried on. She truly wanted to find the best brand/shoe for me! It was a wonderful experience and I will be back!

True Story

This is a true story (3/14/21). My wife and I entered the store looking for insoles for our shoes. The only greeting that we received from the company Dog. Not one human greeted us, not even a smile. I guess since We Didn’t look like the staff, current customers, or the typical customer that enters your location, no one deemed it important or necessary to greet or speak. The only time someone asked us anything is when my wife asked the unfriendly blonde behind the counter pretending to be busy, oh by the way I stood in the middle of the store only to make eye contact (2-3 times) with her just to see if she would ask if we needed help with anything, no luck. Again, when my wife did ask a question concerning what we were looking for, and after doing research on this location as to what we were looking to purchase, only to be told, that the store does not carry the product and she never heard of the insole in question. She stated, she would go ask her manager, but never came back. Let me clarify, she was stopped by a customer that looks just like her and the other customers in the store or the ones who shop there that Do not look like my wife and me. So, we left without any answers, along with our hard-earned money to spend elsewhere. I’m sure no one cares, no one will believe this review, because everyone else seems to love this store or one of your other locations. Just thought that I would tell me story.

I was so impressed with the staff

During quarantine, I began to get into running more since gyms were closed. Since I want to continue to run and noticed some pain in my knees and on advice from a dr., I decided to purchase some good quality running shoes. I was so impressed with the staff at Big Peach Running at Suwanee Town Center. They showed me quite a few options that would be good for me. I would definitely recommend them!

On my first visit, I told the salesperson how for the last 10 years except for 2020 I have photographed the Peachtree Road Race. And I hate wearing sneakers but these are hands down the most comfortable sneakers I have ever brought. And already looking to buy my next pair and I’m from the Bronx. If you know what that means?

I just had the most amazing experience at the Midtown location! This was my second time in (first time was pre-pandemic) and both times were great but this visit really stood out. I was greeted the second I walked in the door and when I said I was looking for a new pair of shoes Matthew was so happy to help. He was super knowledgeable about my current shoe and addressed concerns that I had with it and helped me find a perfect shoe—it was seriously a Cinderella moment. But beyond that, I really felt like an old friend was helping me live my best running life. He really made me feel like he cared that I liked and felt good in my shoe, and the whole team was super supportive during the try-on process. The team was also super knowledgeable and encouraging about local races now that Covid is calming down. Overall it was an amazing, ultra positive experience and I am so stoked to have something like this in Atlanta. You guys are outstanding!

Customer service at its finest!

I came in with shin splints that just won’t go away. Don spent almost 30-40 minutes with me. He gave me 5 different shoe options, gave me some stretching ideas. But most of all, he told me to try the shoes for 3 days and return them if I didn’t feel they were a better fit than what I was already wearing.

I was a runner many years ago and when buying walking shoes or shoes to exercise with, (I now have two replacement knees) I just went into a store and bought the same brand, same model without giving it much thought. I recently spoke with a caddy for a professional golfer who swore by HOKA. My daughter who is a runner, walker, and Peloton rider also recommended the shoe. (BTW, she wouldn’t come with me for fear she would purchase another unneeded pair). The staff at Big Peach was awesome. They showed me shoes other than HOKA and really knew their stuff. I walked out with a pair that I believe will be ideal for my uses. Thanks for a great experience in shoe buying.

Had never been here before, but wanted to get a good pair of daily regular wear shoes for comfort, stability, and maybe the occasional jog in them after work and had no idea what brand offered this. The guy(wish I knew his name) at the Brookhaven location came right up and offered some great customer service. He gave me a couple to try on and gave personal recommendations based on what I was looking for and how my foot is shaped. Overall, this place won me over for my next pair of casual shoes. Getting all the support and comfort in all parts of my foot including the extra toe box space for my wide feet. The clerk definitely did great. The owners/managers should really buy his staff lunch this week, because its hard to get service like this nowadays!!

didn’t make me feel like a beginner

I bought my first “legit” pair of running shoes from Big Peach Running Co. in Decatur. Erin was amazing. She was patient with me and didn’t make me feel like a beginner. This week I visited the Midtown Big Peach store because a friend recommended them and I’m so glad she did! I work in a showroom on concrete floors all day, sometimes up to 60 hours per week and my feet have been killing me for a while. I told the salesperson my dilemma and he told me to have a seat and actually picked 5 pairs for me to try on! I didn’t things like this even happened these days!!! To be brief, I ended up with my first pair of Hoka’s and near the end of the next day at work, I realized I wasn’t in pain for the first time in months. This is my new shoe store without a doubt!

We’ve never experienced such personable experience in a shoe store

I’m a beginner runner and was in need of a comfortable running shoe. My husband is starting his healthier lifestyle and was looking for some walking shoes that he can also run in later on. When we walked in, we were welcomed by David. From our initial interaction, I was super excited. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with us. After we both tried it on several pair of shoes, we both were excited about our final decision. My husband can be a hard egg to crack but when David brought him the Hoka Clifton, hubby almost cracked a smile….LOL. We’ve never experienced such personable experience in a shoe store. The run lead of Black Girls Run Fairburn recommended Big Peach. I will definitely be back again and will recommend my friends as well.

I had such a great time getting my first pair of running sneakers since HS!!! Halen was super patient and showed me some of his top picks for someone interested in getting back into long-distance running. He showed me the best fits and different styles which really helped make it a great experience in seeing the differences in fit for running. My girlfriend and I casually walked into the Alpharetta store looking for new running shoes. The store was extremely busy, but Grant took the time to be very patient with us to explain the shoe selection process and took the time to even answer any general questions we had about running too. Big Peach Decatur location was absolutely incredible

I was in dire need of the perfect shoes to alleviate my chronic foot pain and the staff at the Big Peach Decatur location was absolutely incredible. I already did prior research on the shoes I wanted to try and the colorway I wanted. The staff took their time to measure my feet, having me try different widths and sizes of shoes, to ensure my feet would be comfortable before and after the inevitable swelling. Ended up having to order my shoes from another location to get the ideal colorway, and the manager quickly set up arrangements to make things possible. A day later and my shoes were ready for me, paired with incredible team members there for a seamless transaction!

Today was my very first shopping experience at your store located on 800 Peachtree St.

Just to provide some background, I moved here from Los Angeles and do not consider myself to be an avid runner, but have logged over 300 miles on my current shoes, Brooks DNA Cascadia, and previously ran on Newtons. I purchased the Brooks from REI and felt that they did an excellent job of matching me to the right shoe.

I knew that coming to a specialty store such as yours would provide the benefits of expert consultation including gait analysis, which is something I highly value.

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the manager, Chris Shaner. He took great time and care to answer all my questions and address my needs, including the use of video where he was able to analyze the stability of my stride and play it back for me. After providing him with some information, he brought out 4 pairs of shoes that would most likely meet my needs. He was very careful to ensure that all my concerns were met: wide toe box, proper fit, trail vs. pavement use, comfort/pain issues. He also looked at my old shoes and assessed the wear pattern. These are all things I would expect from a specialty running store and Chris did not disappoint. On top of all that, he was very personable and gave me a 10% off first responder’s discount.

My daughter was fitted for new running shoes and she loved the fact that she was able to try on several different pairs to find the perfect ones. I visited the Church St Decatur store this morning to try on shoes. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted and assured I would be taken care of as the associates were all busy with current customers as it is the day after Thanksgiving. I had a chance to browse and observe the associates with their current customers. As soon as possible I was helped by a lovely young woman (forgot to get her name). She performed the 3D scan and recommended some insoles and then brought a variety of shoes. I purchased both.
I just wanted to say that everyone I observed was so professional and courteous. Kudos to the staff!

Big Peach has a customer for life!

Bryce, at the Alpharetta store, is unreal! He had an extensive amount of knowledge of shoes and of the related physical issues with backs, knees, and feet. He listened, he was patient, and he was kind. Because of his knowledge, he was able to quickly pinpoint excellent options for me. Finding the best shoes for me is so stressful and frustrating, but he made the process so easy. I don’t live close to any location, but taking a day off to go visit the Alpharetta store was so worth it! I always try to make-do closer to home or online, but no more…it’s just a waste of time. Big Peach has a customer for life! I hope your staff is compensated well…they are worth it!

Probably won’t go anywhere, however, still needs to be known. Went to the Kennesaw location on 06/27/23 @ approx 5pm sttod around for about 5 minutes , noticed there were at least 2 people in stockroom doorway, one was definitely an employee standing there, he saw me & looked away with no acknowledgement. The floor person in a very condescending tone said ” there’s some guy out here” as if I were a major inconvenience. The person in back came to me & asked “what do you need?” again in a tone very condescending. Told him my needs & size he mentioned a specific brand then turned & walked away, no I’ll be right back or let me see if we have that size, nothing, I felt like a huge inconvenience so I left. Not impressed with the attitude or customer service. BTW I was the guy in military ACU pants & Keen sandals.
