Hello, Friends!
Every once in awhile we have the good fortune of meeting someone who inspires us immediately… Such was the case for me with our Featured Conversation in this episode, Kimberly Bradley! Her infectious laugh and personality, coupled with her commitment to continuous improvement and sharing her journey with others, endears her to anyone who knows, pursues or, simply, values transformation. It’s worth noting, too, that Runner’s World magazine felt the same as I did when meeting her – – and featured her story in the first issue of this year! Please come along with us, as we explore specific tactics for starting a running routine, tricks for convincing your friends they should join you and the fun that can come everyone’s way in a plus-sized fitness routine!
As always, thank you for being part of the fun! The Show Notes are below…

Here’s more on a couple of the conditions Kimberly references… and gained the upper hand! Asthma and Polycystic Ovary Syndrom (PCOS).
It’s fast-becoming an Atlanta tradition – – and it was Kimberly’s first race (a 15k!): Hot Chocolate 15K/5K.

Wasn’t that awesome?!!? Man, it is good to be us! We always hate to say “good-bye” – – but it is such good news that we will see you again in just a couple weeks… Until then, may your best miles be those covered on foot!
