Greetings, Friends!
A few “firsts” with this episode, as we’re bringing you what can certainly be described as “bonus material!” More specifically, we abandoned our every-other-week schedule to put this production together in advance of November 8th… Also, we used some new technologies to both interview our Guest (way) outside of our studio and test our ability to “take our show on the road.” We did all this (and took out the commercials!) so that we could introduce you to Rob Jones… This amazing young man is a double-amputee from combat wounds sustained in Afghanistan – – who is putting his fearless approach to life and unmitigated desire to help others to good use by running 31 marathons in 31 different cities on 31 consecutive days! He’ll be in Atlanta on November 8th… and it is our hope that we can encourage as many listeners to come and support him (and, yes, make a donation) as possible! But whether you’re able to do that or not, this conversation will inspire you, give you reason to believe “everything will be alright” and celebrate the human spirit!
Listen on! Share often! The Show Notes are below…
