The RUNATL Podcast is hosted by Big Peach Running Co. Founder, Mike Cosentino, and Director of Marketing, Dave “D2” Martinez. This week on the RUNATL Podcast “D2” goes solo and provides an introduction to trail running. Learn about the gear you need to get started and where to find trails in the Atlanta area. If you are new to trail running or have an interest in getting started, this episode is for you!
Hello, Friends,
Fall is one of my favorite seasons and it’s not just because breweries offer a better selection of stouts & porters. It’s probably due to the changing of leaves along with the cooler temps which makes trail running so much fun and enjoyable this time of the year. I want to share some of the fun with our listeners so that you may be able to also enjoy this experience. I also look back to when I first got started running trails and had very little knowledge about gear and where to run. I was even a little scared that I’d get lost. This is why I wanted to provide this introduction so that more of you could take that first step onto dirt and experience a whole new world of running! I do believe once you give it a try, you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.
I hope to run with you or run into you on the trials!
