Our Return Policy
At Big Peach, we want you and your family to feel completely confident in your purchases. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!
- Timeframe: You can return or exchange any item within 90 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase to make the process as smooth as possible. For those who have provided us their e-mail address at the time of purchase, we can retrieve your receipt with that information.
At Big Peach, we understand that sometimes sizes don’t fit quite right or intentions change. Alongside ensuring you are a fully satisfied Guest of ours, we want you to be an enthusiastic ambassador for the lifestyle we serve and the services we offer. Re-use Your Shoes
Donate your old or used (not abused) shoes and EcoSneakers (our awesome local sustainability partner) will either donate them to a local homeless shelter or send them to their chipper to become stuffing for plushies. You know, those cute stuffed animal toys? You can purchase one HERE to support the cause!
Race Partner Program
Race Directors! You want more participants. We can help by promoting your event on our race calendar, in our digital newsletter, displaying flyers in store, including your event in social media and by giving your participants special offers at the pre-race packet pick up in one of our stores.
