My Perfect Run: A long, tasty, single track trail deep inside the Chattahoochee National Forest with a couple of friends, my ultra-dogs, a big bag of peanuts, and a very cold microbrew waiting at the finish.

Best Advice: Sign up early for a goal race. It will save money on registration, make sure the race doesn’t sell out before I’m signed up, and it will keep me motivated and committed to train for the race.
What Keeps Me Going: My wife & kids.
Director, Foundation Retail
My Perfect Run: The last one!
Running around the National Parks in Utah was, to say the least, life changing! I had never felt so close to nature as I did there. Never had I experienced such energy, such an overwhelming feeling from any other place.

Best Advice: Train as you race. Keep your body straight, it will help your form and your mindset. When the pain starts, and it will, remember, that too will pass! And when all else fails, smile!
What Keeps Me Going: All that lies ahead; the hope for a better day; the run ahead; life’s grand adventure ahead…

Best Advice: If you wait until the last minute to do it, it only takes a minute to do.

My Perfect Ride: A Spring or Fall ride when the temps are cool. I love the smell of flowers in the Spring and the sound of leaves in the Fall. Road, Gravel, or Mountain Biking, they're all great.

Best Advice: Start slow. Be consistent. Run/ride at your own pace. Don't compare yourself to others.
What Keeps Me Going: Endorphins and dopamine.
Senior Manager, Community Connections & Special Events
My Perfect Run: It's hard to avoid recency bias, but the Mesa/NCAR/Skunk Canyon trail loop in Boulder. Plenty of variation(mud/ice/switchbacks), it's technical enough, without being overwhelming, and you can enjoy some amazing views of the Flatirons. When finished with any run , nothing is better than a nice cup of coffee.

Best Advice: Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen.
What Keeps Me Going: My wife, our cats, and the desire to make a positive impact on all those around me.
